Payment and Shipping Information

General information

Our products are made to order and we usually only have a limited number of items in stock. For this reason, the standard order processing time is approximately 7 days before dispatch. During periods of high demand, this time can be extended to up to 14 days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a confirmation and tracking number.
Delivery time depends on the final destination and is usually between 4 days (EU) and 14 days (remote areas).

Payment

All prices are listed in Czech Koruna (CZK). We are not VAT payers, therefore prices are listed excluding tax. When purchasing from EU member countries, you do not pay any additional customs or VAT fees. Customers outside the EU may be required to pay local taxes, duties or fees upon receipt of the shipment - these costs vary by country. For exact information, please contact your local customs office or visit your government's official website.

Payments in the W-controls e-shop are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe supports payments by credit and debit cards. Your payment details are securely stored on Stripe servers, which comply with the PCI DSS standard. Our e-shop does not store or work with any payment details.

Another payment option is online bank transfer. We will send you payment details by email after completing your order.

All orders from the W-controls e-shop are shipped from our branch in Prague.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. You will see the exact amount for delivery to your chosen address on the checkout page before completing your order.
